Welcome to Pinnacle. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our casino games, our live casino, and our sports betting services available at pinnacle.com and pinnacle.ca. By creating an account, completing a Pinnacle register process, or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age and Residency Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register an account with us. We do not accept customers from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands (including Curaçao), Spain, Germany, Australia, Sweden, and a number of other restricted territories, a full list of which is available on our website. If you reside in Ontario, you must use our pinnacle.ca platform rather than pinnacle.com.

Opening Your Account

When you complete Pinnacle registration, we require accurate personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and residential address. You may only hold one account with us. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and we may suspend your account until this verification is completed. Once verified, you can access your account anytime through Pinnacle login on desktop, mobile browser, or our Pinnacle Lite version, as we do not currently offer a native Pinnacle app.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Making a Pinnacle Deposit

We do not require a minimum balance to open an account, but each deposit method carries its own minimum threshold, generally starting from 10 EUR, 10 GBP, or 15 CAD, with higher minimums for cards, bank wire, and USDT. We accept a wide range of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Interac e-Transfer, Trustly, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, AstroPay, Bitcoin, Litecoin, and USDT Tether, among others. We process most deposits instantly, though some banking methods may take longer.

Requesting a Pinnacle Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method, starting from 5 EUR or 5 GBP for AstroPay and 10 CAD for Interac e-Transfer and bank wire. We apply withdrawal limits per transaction and per week depending on the method you choose, for example 5,000 EUR per transaction on cards, or up to 82,500 EUR per transaction via USDT. We require that each deposit be wagered at least once before withdrawal; if your rollover falls below three times the deposit amount, we apply a fee equal to 10% of the withdrawal or 20 USD, whichever is greater. Withdrawal fees typically range from 10-20 EUR, 8-12 GBP, or 5-30 CAD depending on the method selected. Crypto withdrawals are usually completed within minutes, while bank transfers and EUR payouts may take one to three banking days. If you request a withdrawal above 7,000 EUR, we may require additional verification and processing time.
